Veuillez renseigner : CLIENT / TRANSPORTEUR / MOTIF / N° COMMANDE 
Pour toute litige pensez à renseigner le transporteur et le numéro de tracking concernés.

When opening a transport claim, don't forget to mention the tracking number and order number and include all the necessary documents to process the claim (invoice, photos etc) according to the carrier and the type of claim. .
